A healing sanctuary

Cedar Bridgewood

Registered Massage Therapist

Cedar Bridgewood is a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.

He believes in what’s called the biopsychosocial model, and how many things can affect a single injury. His treatment style will greatly depend on you, and your specific scenario, but will likely include, myofascial release, neuromuscular and muscle energy techniques, as well as trigger point release therapy.

Before becoming an RMT he was a competitive ice dancer (Figure Skater), finishing his competitive career at the 2018 Olympic trials. He now continues to coach young athletes, and is well acquainted with the road to recovery from both his own injuries and those of teammates and students. Cedar and his wife Sequoia are avid runners, cyclist’s and snowboarders, and lovers of all things outdoors.
